DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We ship worldwide except for the following countries: Nigeria, Iran.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free standard shipping (3-5 days) on all orders. Next Day Priority shipping is $15 for UK customers and $25 for all other countries.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
We offer free 30 day returns for all customers.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll process, pack and send it within 1 - 2 business days. You can select which delivery methods works best for you with estimated arrival times. We offer FREE Standard Shipping Worldwide. For more information on shipping click here.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
There are several ways to pay for your purchase, including: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?
We ship to 'Delivery Duty Paid' to the USA only. Therefore any orders to the USA will not incur extra duties or taxes.
Any orders within the European Union and any orders from Australia under $1000 AUD will not incur extra duties or taxes.
Customers purchasing outside the USA, European Union and Australia (over $1000 AUD) may be liable for extra customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Once your order is submitted, we create a four hour window so you can make any amendments prior to dispatch. Please email customercare@sergekirchhoffer.com within four hours of submitting your order to ensure we can amend it before it is despatched.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Absolutely. We allow for a ‘Try It On’ policy for any online purchase valid for 30 days after receiving your order. Please return the item ‘as new' and in its original packaging. DO YOU HAVE A 'TRY IT ON' POLICY?
Our 30-day 'Try It On' policy allows you the time to experiment with a selection of frames to find the perfect pair, with the option of a full refund, exchange or store credit should you find the item unsuitable. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the order in the post.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We will send you a separate email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.

WHAT ARE YOU FRAMES MADE OUT OF?
Our frames are made from a variety of the finest materials including acetate, 18k rose gold and 14k yellow gold coated metal. For more specific information regarding any of our frames please contact customercare@sergekirchhofer.com

ARE YOUR LENSES POLARIZED?
Polarized lenses are used historically for sport, fishing, snow sports and other general outdoor fitness activities, whereas our focus has always been fashion frames.
