DELIVERY RATES AND SERVICES

We aim to process your order within 1 - 2 days of it being placed. Serge Kirchhofer only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours (9am – 5pm GMT), and does not operate on public holidays.

We ship goods to the following countries DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) :

Customers purchasing outside the USA, European Union and Australia (over $1000 AUD) may be liable for extra customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

FEDEX

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is currently located. Your order will be delivered by a FedEx officer who will attempt to deliver the goods to you one time . They will also leave a notice card after their delivery attempt to advise on what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable). Customs clearance is not included in delivery standard/transit time.

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to in US dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Unfortunately, due to certain labelling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your cart, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your cart or to change the shipping method or address if applicable.
